Pilates in Hay Riad, Rabat — Mat & Reformer studio

Hay Riad is Rabat's administrative and business district, and one of the easiest parts of the city to reach — bordering Souissi to the west, a short drive from Agdal, and directly connected to Salé over the bridges.

Our studio sits on Rue Annabia at Résidence Amine, first floor. We run Mat and Reformer classes in the same space, which means you can alternate between the two without changing studios as you progress.

This is the practical advantage of Hay Riad over the denser neighbourhoods. The streets around Résidence Amine are wide, and the district empties in the evening as offices close — so a 19:00 class parks without circling, where the same class in Agdal would not.

Early morning is equally quiet. Our 07:00 slots are popular with people training before work precisely because the trip in and the parking both take minutes.

The schedule is built around the district's rhythm: early sessions before offices open, a midday slot, and evening classes once the working day ends.

Mat and Reformer, both in small groups of six, plus private one-to-one sessions on request. Teaching is alignment-first and classical in method: clear cues, a stated reason for each exercise, and progression built through precision rather than exhaustion.

Beginners are welcome in every group class. If you have an injury, are pregnant, or are returning post-partum, a private session first lets us adapt properly before you join a group.
